Placing signs on the Center Medians of intersections is strictly prohibited by ALL Municipal Sign By-Laws. You will be fined and your signs will be confiscated without notice.
This is also a safety concern for motorists.
Signs are not permitted on any paved or concrete surface.
Additional Rules apply and vary by Municipality including quantity, size and time the signs can be displayed.
OPEN HOUSE services require submission NO LATER than 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to your Open House; by online submission.
*Service is NOT Guaranteed if Requests are Submitted after 1:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to your Open House, and will be subject to a $65.00 Late Surcharge*
Our team provides service across the GTA and surrounding areas. If you are a client and have an open house outside of the current coverage area, we will work with you every time. Simply call us to make specific arrangements. Out of area fuel charges will apply.

A typical Open House ranges between 20-25 signs.
Our Flat-Fee services includes up to 25 signs.
We do offer services for additional signs to maximize your sign and branding exposure.
Your signs will be placed on the mornings of your Open House, compliant with Municipal By-Laws.
While we make every effort to ensure the integrity of our service, please note that signs are not monitored and are left exposed to pedestrians, elements of weather, nature, neighbours and your competitors.
Your Signs Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, vandalized or damaged signs.
Our Mapping Experts will strategically arrange your signs to generate ample traffic for your Open House and maximize your exposure of your branded signs. You will receive a .pdf map via email on Fridays indicating each intersection and the quantity of signs that will be placed.
