Secure Monthly Open House Signs Storage - $40.00 per month Flat Fee per 50 sandwich boards ($80.00/mth Flat Fee per 51-100 signs)​

  • Storage of all your signs in our 24 hour secure storage facility, eliminating the hassle of keeping your signs in your garage or trunk
  • Sign maintenance

​​Open House Sign Placement & Collection Service - $110.00 per Open House up to 25 signs, Flat Fee

  • Flat Fee Service up to 17 Placement Locations (intersections); 25 Sandwich Boards total
  • Detailed .pdf Map Emailed on the Thursday prior to your Open House
  • Obtain signs from our 24 hour secure storage facility
  • Placement of signs the morning of your open house, pursuant to Municipal By-Laws
  • Collection of signs in the evening of your open house, pursuant to Municipal By-Laws
  • Return signs to our 24 hour secure storage facility
  • Store signs for your next Open House

*$4.40 per each additional sign placement location, 26 and over


​For Branded Flag/Banner Installation and Removal Service - $18.00 Flat Fee

  • Flat Fee Service per Open House; we use your branded Flag/Banner and place it at the top of the street alongside one of your directional signs
  • Clean and pack up Flag/Banner and Hardware; store for your next Open House
